In episode 004 Not Every Day Can Be Crack Day, we review Aubrey Marcus’ Own The Day, Own Your Life. We found that this book has a lot to offer us and if we did it all we agree that we’d be so exhausted. We agree that we’d be rather put off by anyone trying naked jujutsu with us before we had a cup of coffee, but we could definitely get onboard with putting MCT oil in our coffee, and maybe even do cryogenic therapy! He taught us a lot about supplements, sleep, and a little bit about sex. We couldn’t get onboard with everything, but definitely believe that there is something to be gained by reading this book. Long story short, read the book, but please don’t be a fuck boy.
